If you or someone you know appear on the list, you have opportunities to correct your ballot and have your vote counted! Here are your options to correct, or “cure,” a ballot with errors:

🏛️ Go to City Hall, Room 140 by 5 PM tonight, May 15th, or 9 AM – 7:30 PM tomorrow, May 16th.
🗳️ Request a provisional ballot at your designated polling place tomorrow. Polling places are open 7 AM – 8 PM.
📋 Use this form to authorize someone you trust [[link removed]] to pick up and return a ballot on your behalf. This person must return the completed form (signed by you) to City Hall, Room 140 by 7:30 PM tomorrow.
