John: The Philadelphia Commissioners' Office released a list of over 1,400 mail-in ballots that cannot be counted due to errors. Search the list at the bottom of this link to make sure you and your loved ones aren’t impacted.

If you or someone you know appear on the list, you have opportunities to correct your ballot and have your vote counted! Here are your options to correct, or “cure,” a ballot with errors:

🏛️	Go to City Hall, Room 140 by 5 PM tonight, May 15th, or 9 AM – 7:30 PM tomorrow, May 16th.
🗳️	Request a provisional ballot at your designated polling place tomorrow. Polling places are open 7 AM – 8 PM.
📋	Use this form to authorize someone you trust to pick up and return a ballot on your behalf. This person must return the completed form (signed by you) to City Hall, Room 140 by 7:30 PM tomorrow.

This race will be extremely close, and we cannot take a single vote for granted. Please make sure your name does not appear on the list of ballot errors.
