This is important, folks --

Back in 2017, the people of Alabama elected Doug Jones because they trusted him to fight for what’s right. And today, he proved everyone right.

My good friend and colleague Doug put country above politics and voted alongside me to convict President Trump on both counts of impeachment.

Let me be clear: Doug's opponents are going to attack him for his vote. He’s in a tight race and the right-wing special interests have already spent half a million dollars attacking him.

Now, you can bet the GOP will exploit Doug’s difficult decision to make sure he loses this race. But this incredible team can help stop them — after all, we did it back in 2018 with our own race.
