Friends,

We start each year with a vision for what we are going to accomplish and
embark on a journey of positive growth. However, all new adventures come
with small setbacks and a list of reasons to consider giving up on our
mission altogether.

You see, that's actually the fear talking, not the voice of the inspired
do-er that you are and were on January 1st. You can put fear in it's
place. Start today by downloading this tool

and you'll be naming and conquering what you're really afraid of in no
time.

Whether you chose a personal fitness, family, or relationship goal or
you've identified a really big goal to accomplish at work, I'll give you
this advice. If you get stuck, know this, you can find your way back
again.

Wishing you continued courage,

energized, and invested in, all with the purpose of ensuring they can
more effectively set and accomplish personal and organizational goals.

So what are you waiting for? Email [email protected] to get a

U.S. Chamber Corporate Citizen Conference
Carly Fiorina talks about Unlocking Potential in the Social Sector

"I know that in the non-profit world so many problems fester. And I know
people in the non-profit world are doing good and important work.
Sometimes the investments in human capital, and capacity building, and
problem-solving, that we take for granted in the corporate world,
aren't happening. And it's because donors say to a non-profit, "well I
don't want my money to go to administration and overhead I want it to
go to meals, or kids, or books." I understand that sentiment; however,
if you're not investing in the people who are delivering the services,
you don't deliver the services as well.

Unlocking Potential was stood up to help those problem-solvers have a
greater impact."

Carly Fiorina speaks at Catholic University of America Business Class

Fiorina was addressing a room which contained mostly members of a class
exclusive to the Catholic University of America (The Busch School of
Business), The Vocation of Business. Although it is a management class,
The Vocation of Business focuses on establishing a standard of ethics
and values in students' lives. It is meant to promote honesty,
dignity, and guides students to find their callings.

"Professor Fiorina has come to talk with my class for the past three
semesters and every time she is one of the most liked guest speakers,"
says Widmer. "Students tell me that her story of going from not knowing
what to do with life at 18, to being a secretary at a real estate office
to becoming the CEO of a Fortune 500 company, to running for president
of the United States is very inspiring."
