Proven programs that build
problem-solving skills.

Everyone has more potential than they realize, and everyone can lead. So how are you investing in your team this year to build their leadership and problem-solving skills?

Carly Fiorina Enterprises and Unlocking Potential both deliver programs that build leadership capacity across the for-profit and non-profit sectors. We can convene a small senior team for a workshop that lasts a half day or less and bring together a community of leaders for a full two-day leadership conference. Each program ensures participants leave feeling refreshed, energized, and invested in, all with the purpose of ensuring they can more effectively set and accomplish personal and organizational goals.

So what are you waiting for? Email [email protected] to get a custom proposal for your team today.
Not sure what a leadership capacity-building program looks and feels like? Looking to hear directly from the participants who have already experienced it? Dive into our case study with a program recently sponsored by MassMutual.
U.S. Chamber Corporate Citizen Conference
Carly Fiorina talks about Unlocking Potential in the Social Sector

"I know that in the non-profit world so many problems fester. And I know people in the non-profit world are doing good and important work. Sometimes the investments in human capital, and capacity building, and problem-solving, that we take for granted in the corporate world, aren’t happening. And it's because donors say to a non-profit, "well I don’t want my money to go to administration and overhead I want it to go to meals, or kids, or books." I understand that sentiment; however, if you’re not investing in the people who are delivering the services, you don’t deliver the services as well.

Unlocking Potential was stood up to help those problem-solvers have a greater impact."

It is meant to promote honesty, dignity, and guides students to find their callings.

"Professor Fiorina has come to talk with my class for the past three semesters and every time she is one of the most liked guest speakers," says Widmer. "Students tell me that her story of going from not knowing what to do with life at 18, to being a secretary at a real estate office to becoming the CEO of a Fortune 500 company, to running for president of the United States is very inspiring."
