Folks – the Supreme Court is in trouble.

We know what you’re thinking: We already have a GOP supermajority, how could it get any worse?

Well, imagine that a Republican President gets elected.

Then, Republicans flip just two seats in the Senate, giving them a majority.

We’d not only lose all of our so-called “checks and balances,” but if any Supreme Court Justice resigns in those 4 years, the Republican Senate Majority would confirm a young, ultra-conservative justice who could shape the policies of the court for decades .

So, yeah. We’re concerned about the Court.
