We’d not only lose all of our so-called “checks and balances,” but if any Supreme Court Justice resigns in those 4 years, the Republican Senate Majority would confirm a young, ultra-conservative justice who could shape the policies of the court for decades.

So, yeah. We’re concerned about the Court.
