Karen Mountain, MBN, MSN, RN, our longtime CEO, is retiring!

Under Karen's leadership, Migrant Clinicians Network has worked unceasingly so that the most marginalized are cared for, and the clinicians who serve them are well equipped to do so -- even in the face of poverty, immigration policy, structural racism, and public health emergencies like COVID-19 and the climate crisis.

Your support has helped us move mountains in the world of health justice.

After 36 years at the helm, building MCN from its beginnings of a few collaborating clinicians, into a vast network of thousands of constituents across the nation, Karen Mountain is retiring. We’re so proud of the legacy she leaves at MCN. Throughout her tenure, she has been a fierce champion for the health and well-being of underserved communities, dedicating herself to the promotion of health care equity and access.

Now, as we launch into a new era at Migrant Clinicians Network, we invite you to join us to #MoveMountains with MCN in her honor!
