Here’s a snapshot of what’s to come:
In about two weeks, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals will hear oral
arguments over mifepristone. The 5th Circuit has been called the “most
extreme” court in America after a spate of far-right appointments by
Donald Trump.
After the 5th Circuit, the case will head back to the Supreme Court — and
its Trump-appointed conservative supermajority.
John, we KNOW
that we can’t trust these courts as far as we can throw them. We have to
be prepared.
