Daily Docket — Tuesday, April 25

Here are some updates from today and yesterday.

Yesterday, Maryland Gov. Wes Moore (D) signed a law that creates a process for voters to fix technical mistakes on their mail-in ballots and requires election officials to pre-process mail-in ballots before Election Day. Last Sunday, the Washington State Legislature adjourned for the year. Indiana and North Dakota are set to wrap up their 2023 legislative sessions by the end of this week. We’re keeping a close eye on which election bills move forward.
