Watching Yvette become such a nationally-loved leader has been wonderful to see. The response to her actions during the TikTok hearings were especially impressive as young people in particular gave her an outpouring of support as they recognized her as the sole member to understand the real issues facing social media users like suppressing content like “Black Lives Matter,” across platforms – not just on Tiktok.

As First Vice Chair of the Congressional Black Caucus, she’ll continue to mentor, lead and influence the next generation of Black leaders in Congress and across the country. She’s leading by example by standing strong on the issues that matter the most to our community.

But, folks, we need to start getting ready for another re-election campaign, and this year, we can’t take anything for granted. We’ve seen the GOP become even more extreme with every passing year, and after our district has been redistricted, we need to be ready for ANYTHING they throw at us.

I’m asking not just for Yvette but for everyone in NY-09, will you chip in $25 to help fund Yvette’s re-election campaign in 2024?
