It's a reminder that Fox News intentionally and repeatedly aired false allegations about our elections. Their false coverage didn't just harm one company, it hurt American democracy.

Fox News is just one example of entities spreading disinformation. Just last week, election deniers held a forum in Minnesota spreading false information about our election system. And with the 2024 presidential election approaching rapidly, we should expect more of these harmful stunts.

I will continue to speak out about how our election system in Minnesota is fundamentally fair, accurate, honest, and secure. I will also advocate for new laws, such as the one we're on the verge of passing in Minnesota, to target those who intentionally spread disinformation for the purpose of interfering with a person's freedom to vote.
