It's a reminder that Fox News intentionally and repeatedly aired false allegations about our elections. Their false coverage didn't just harm one company, it hurt American democracy.

But while Fox News will have to write a big check, they won't have to apologize or admit their mistakes. The question now is: Will the peddlers of election disinformation really be held accountable?
