Workers Safety, Rights Key to Building Smart Bangladesh: U.S. ([link removed])
Solidarity Center Country Program Director AKM Nasim said that safety committees were supposed to be formed for factories to promote workers’ representation but it did not happen in reality. "A process of labor law reformation is going on. In our country’s perspective, if solid laws don’t exist, nothing can be implemented," he added.
