Doug Mastriano is a Pennsylvania State Senator. And the evidence shows that he likely engaged in insurrection in the lead-up to the January 6th attack on the Capitol — even busing in Trump supporters on that day and breaching police lines. This is the clearest photo from that day, but many others show him immersed in the mob that tried to stop the transfer of power.

That means there’s a strong case that he is ineligible to serve in office under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment of the Constitution.

John, CREW has taken action before to remove insurrectionists from office – and we’ve won.

Accountability for Doug Mastriano is the next fight. We just released a report that details the facts, providing a strong argument that Doug Mastriano is disqualified from holding public office.

Today, we’re asking you to read our report, and then make a donation to CREW to help us continue to remove insurrectionists from office → [[link removed]]If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:

The facts provide a strong argument that Doug Mastriano is disqualified from holding public office under the Disqualification Clause of the U.S. Constitution. As detailed in our full report, those facts indicate Mastriano: *

Our team here at CREW has removed insurrectionists from office before. In New Mexico, Otero County Commissioner Couy Griffin was removed from office after a judge ruled in our case that the attack on the Capitol was an insurrection and that Griffin’s participation in it disqualified him under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.

We are ready to apply that same argument to every insurrectionist in office – including State Senator Doug Mastriano.

The only way we can prevent future violent attacks and protect American democracy is if we ensure those who violate their oaths to the Constitution are held responsible.

Doug Mastriano should be investigated for engaging in insurrection and, if allegations are substantiated, held accountable. If you agree, please donate to support CREW’s work today → [[link removed]]
