*Withholding Tax Quarterly Return and Deposit Due Dates*

The first quarter (January - March 2023) Minnesota Withholding Tax return is due *May 1*, as April 30 falls on a Sunday this year.

Deposits were due according to your semiweekly or monthly deposit schedule.

*? ?Exception*: You may make your deposit by May 1, 2023, if both of these applied:


* You withheld $1,500 or less of Minnesota withholding tax in the fourth quarter (October ? December 2022)
* You filed fourth quarter?s withholding tax return on time
