Texas Broker-Lawyer Committee Accepting Applications for Members

TREC is seeking to appoint two Texas Broker-Lawyer Committee [ [link removed] ] (BLC) positions for 2024. The BLC drafts and revises all contracts promulgated by the Texas Real Estate Commission. It consists of


* Six members appointed by the Commission
* Six members appointed by the State Bar of Texas
* One public member appointed by the Governor's Office.

The Texas Real Estate Inspector Committee [ [link removed] ] (TREIC) is accepting applications to fill two inspector seats and two public member seats. TREIC is made up of nine members appointed by the Commission: 


* Six inspector industry members
* Three public members
