Texas Broker-Lawyer Committee Accepting Applications for Members

TREC is seeking to appoint two Texas Broker-Lawyer Committee (BLC) positions for 2024. The BLC drafts and revises all contracts promulgated by the Texas Real Estate Commission. It consists of

• Six members appointed by the Commission
• Six members appointed by the State Bar of Texas
• One public member appointed by the Governor's Office.

Texas Real Estate Inspector Committee Accepting Applications for Inspector, Public Members

The Texas Real Estate Inspector Committee (TREIC) is accepting applications to fill two inspector seats and two public member seats. TREIC is made up of nine members appointed by the Commission: 

• Six inspector industry members
• Three public members
