We knew Roe v. Wade was only the beginning.
Sure enough, an anti-choice group brought forth a lawsuit that would take away even more of our reproductive rights by reversing FDA approval of abortion medication.

New Jersey has protections safeguarding access to reproductive care even after the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe . But if extremists get their way in this lawsuit, it would “affect every corner of the country,” according to CNN -- including states like New Jersey where abortion is still legal.
The majority of abortions are medication abortion, so if the judge decides to reverse FDA approval -- and these medications have had FDA approval for decades -- it would eliminate the most common method of abortion care.
As a woman, a mother, and a lawyer, I’m furious.
It’s up to all of us to protect women’s autonomy, health, freedoms, and privacy. If you’re angry like I am, I encourage you to get involved and make your voice heard.
