But if extremists get their way in this lawsuit, it would “affect every corner of the country,” according to CNN -- including states like New Jersey where abortion is still legal.
The majority of abortions are medication abortion, so if the judge decides to reverse FDA approval -- and these medications have had FDA approval for decades -- it would eliminate the most common method of abortion care.
As a woman, a mother, and a lawyer, I’m furious.
