Hi John,

The National Public Health Week [ [link removed] ] festivities continue with another jam-packed day. This is what you can expect:
 • Today’s daily theme is mental health. Mental health is a vital component of public health. Those who struggle with their mental health do not deserve to struggle in silence. We must work with our communities to advocate for policies and practices that work towards improving mental health conditions. Learn more with our fact sheet (in English [ [link removed] ] and Spanish [ [link removed] ] ) or post a social media graphic [ [link removed] ] .
 • Today is also Public Health Workforce Day. On this day, we honor the hard work and dedication of those who protect the public's health. Join us in the celebration by registering for our free continuing education credit webinars:
    ◦ Critical Conversations: Hot Topics in HIV/STI Prevention & Care: 1-2 p.m. ET [ [link removed] ]
    ◦ Cultural Humility for Public Health Leaders and Professionals: 3-4 p.m. ET [ [link removed] ]
    ◦ Mental Health is Public Health: 5-6 p.m. ET [ [link removed] ]

While there are only a few days of NPHW left, there are still plenty of events [ [link removed] ] happening. Check them out and join us later this week for a relaxing all-levels yoga session [ [link removed] ] !

In solidarity,

The NPHW Team
