The National Public Health Week festivities continue with another jam-packed day. This is what you can expect:

Today’s daily theme is mental health. Mental health is a vital component of public health. Those who struggle with their mental health do not deserve to struggle in silence. We must work with our communities to advocate for policies and practices that work towards improving mental health conditions.
