FREE Professional Development Opportunity AND earn .5 PTSB Professional Development Credits! WIN! WIN! Let?s get FIRED UP and Show Up!

FIRED UP 2.0 A motivational presentation about overcoming the pressures and demands educators face. Aric will discuss how to keep the fire for education burning all year by outlining seven steps to get and stay FIRED UP!

Power of Showing Up Teaching is emotionally demanding. Educators deal with student misbehavior, the attitude and struggle of student learning, difficult work conditions, and challenging relationship dynamics with parents, staff, and school leaders. An understanding of ?child and adult? attachment can help reduce these stressors and offer new ways to SHOW UP for their students, approach classroom management, and develop collegial harmony.

This two-day meeting is to support teachers as they complete the micro-credential process to earn their Computer Science Teaching Endorsement. Support will be provided to help teachers better understand the steps in the micro-credentialing process as well as give our hardworking Computer Science educators the time and space needed to earn their endorsement. There will be an option to attend virtually as well. A pre-session for work with mentors is available April 23, 2023.?
