As we get closer to the date of filing our lawsuit against Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Moscow) we find ourselves in the calm before the storm.

Our legal team is presently going into overdrive working nights and weekends poring over every angle of attack that we can take against Boebert and in turn preparing for every counterattack Boebert’s Team may lob against our case.

Later this week you will hear from our chief legal counsel, Dr. Dan Ernst, one of Denver’s most prominent defamation attorneys, on the nitty gritty of how we win this case. However I’d like to take a moment today to discuss why it is essential that we shore up Dr. Dan and his team at this critical moment for the suit.

This is a very mundane and not necessarily exciting phase for this explosive lawsuit that could bring down a sitting US Congresswoman but taking the time to ensure our case is completely buttoned up is essential for our victory. Remember - if we do this right, Coloradans will get a taped under-oath, and under the threat of perjury, deposition of Lauren Boebert being asked all about January 6th, her finances, her improprieties, and more.

As soon as our case is filed we will be facing an all out full frontal legal assault from Boebert and the GOP that will not cease until the court has reached its verdict. We know that Boebert and her cronies fight dirty and we need to prepare for everything she’ll throw at us.

We have raised a small warchest to begin the suit but to be completely frank it will not be enough to carry this case to fruition. To get us through the lawfare that will be launched at the moment Lauren Boebert is served we need to raise a lot more which is why our legal team has set a goal for us to raise $10,000 from now until our FEC deadline at Midnight on March 31st.

I’m sure you are used to seeing candidates and PACs feign urgency over their FEC deadlines but I can assure you that this deadline is beyond critical for us - it is our last chance to finish building up our warchest in preparation for the coming all out lawfare that will follow us filing our suit in early April.
