Do you remember it? I'll never forget it — that was the day we launched our first campaign for Congress. The truth is, I had no idea what to expect.

I knew we had a large number of supporters who would be willing to commit the time and hard work needed to run a campaign of that magnitude, but I also knew that one of the biggest challenges we'd face would be funding a winning campaign.

But because of supporters like you, that was never in doubt. We were able to organize and mobilize our movement in Minnesota's 5th district, fighting off unprecedented right-wing attacks and outside spending along the way.

Two years later, we did it again. And then last year, one more time.

March 31, 2023.

That's this Friday — the date of our first official FEC fundraising deadline of the campaign cycle. Once this deadline passes, we're required to publicly report our fundraising numbers.

That's a big deal, especially because once that report is filed, you can guarantee that everyone — our progressive allies, our opponents, the media — will be combing through the receipts to see how we've done.

Some want to know if our campaign has the resources necessary to win again. Others want to know how much outside spending they should flood into Minnesota to try and unseat me.
