ADL Education announces the launch of our newest mini-lesson:
“

Antisemitism: What Do Educators Need to Know? "
[link removed]
Last week's release of ADL's 2022 Audit of Antisemitic Incidents showed an astounding 49% increase in antisemitic incidents in K-12 schools from the year before (2021) and a 206% increase from the year before that (2020).
‌
What can educators do about this rise in antisemitism in their school communities?
They can explore our new

digital mini-lesson on antisemitism .
This 20-minute, self-paced, interactive learning experience supports K-12 educators, school and district leaders and student support staff in beginning or continuing their learning journey on antisemitism.
Learners will:
-
Examine their prior knowledge about antisemitism and Jewish identity.
-
Explore who the Jewish people are.
-
Unpack the word antisemitism along with major tropes that manifest in historical and contemporary examples.
-
Be able to recognize, discuss and learn more about antisemitism.

To teach young people about this or any other form of bias, we first have to understand it ourselves. ADL Education has a variety of other mini-lessons for K-12

educators as well as for
