Public Law 87-297 created a US Arms Control and Disarmament Agency that you’ve probably never heard of. Parts of it got repealed, but is it really gone?

Whatever research was conducted during that time wouldn't have just been trashed and forgotten about afterward. It would have been handed off. Who got it?
