Team – the Voting Rights Act is under attack AGAIN!

The conservative majority on the Supreme Court has ALREADY overturned nearly 50 years of precedent by ending Roe v. Wade and made our communities less safe by siding with the NRA to undermine gun violence prevention legislation.

And now, with Republican-led states doing everything they can to make voting harder, SCOTUS is setting its sights on the Voting Rights Act!

We need to know that grassroots Democrats across the country will continue to fight for voting rights! Add your name to DEMAND that the Supreme Court safeguard voting rights NOW!

Team – the far-right Supreme Court has been pushing a radical conservative agenda, and next on their chopping block is voting rights.

Trump-appointed Justice Neil Gorsuch has argued that private citizens and organizations do not have the right to bring lawsuits under the Voting Rights Act, and this backward way of thinking has already resulted in a strong voting rights case being thrown out!

This reading of the VRA would essentially destroy protections against discriminatory election laws like the ones we’ve seen coming out of Republican-led states. And coupled with the GOP’s ongoing assault on voting rights, could mean the VRA is obliterated once and for all.

We need grassroots Dems like you to step up now to make sure that doesn’t happen!
