Hi,
We hope this email finds you well and ready to make a positive
impact on our beautiful planet.
With Earth Day right around the corner, we are bringing together
brightest minds to help tackle plastic pollution. As we face the
daunting challenges of plastic pollution, we must analyze both
upstream and downstream solutions to find the best path forward.
During this Earth Day Live, we are joined by activists fighting
against the grain to create impact in their community and the
world.
On March 30th, at 12pm Eastern, EARTHDAY.ORG invites you to join
another installment of our Earth Day Live series, Creating a
Waste-Free World.
RSVP and receive an invite before the
event.
The event will be approximately 1
hour and hosted on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and on our webpage.
Our panelists include:
-
Merle Liivand – Modern Day Mermaid who has set
multiple world records in advocacy to stop plastic pollution.
-
Steve Jewett – Co-founder of Clean Trails and
National Cleanup Day
-
Michael Karapetian – The Great Global Cleanup
Coordinator at EARTHDAY.ORG
Uniting as a global community in the pursuit of a waste-free world,
we can harness the power of collective action to make a tangible
difference. By embracing sustainable practices, supporting
eco-friendly innovations, and encouraging responsible consumption, we
can create a ripple effect that extends far beyond our own lives and
communities. This webinar will illustrate what these ripples look
like and what we can do to permanently create a waste-free
world.
See you there,
Michael Karapetian The Great Global Cleanup Coordinator
