DSHS'?DDA? Roads to Community Living is sponsoring the 2023 Person Centered Planning Symposium.

Our target audience includes self-advocates, person centered planning facilitators and other stakeholders who are invested in promoting the practices and philosophies of person centered planning.?

Registration is now open. The host venue offers a group rate for Symposium attendees. Hotel reservations must be made by April 5, 2023, to access the group rate. A limited number of stipends to cover hotel expenses are available for self-advocates and attendees who do not have an employer to sponsor costs of lodging. A person can request a lodging stipend when registering. Requests for stipends also must be received by April 5, 2023.?
