Requesting an accommodation at OAH
In accordance with state and federal laws, including Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, OAH makes reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities to ensure access to services, programs, activities, and employment.
Recently, OAH received feedback that our accommodation request form was difficult to locate and difficult to submit. As a result of your feedback, we have published a new form.
New form to simplify process
Today, OAH released a *new form* [ [link removed] ] to be used when an accommodation or modification is needed due to a disability.
Accommodation request process
The process to request an accommodation or modification is the same for court users, job applicants, and OAH employees. Simply complete *the new form on our website* [ [link removed] ].
OAH's ADA Coordinator will review each request on a case-by-case basis to determine whether an accommodation or modification can be made. All requests will be evaluated individually and a response will be provided within one week.
