Join Us on Thursday!
Hi all,
Families USA will be hosting an in-person meeting this Thursday, March 30. After years of remote calls, we are excited to see many of you in-person. Now is the time to make sure we are lifting up the importance of Medicaid, particularly as we all prepare for the resumption of redeterminations this spring and the debt ceiling fight this summer. We'll have the following speakers:
Gabriella (Gabi) Vesey, Legislative Assistant, Office of U.S. Senator Reverend Raphael Warnock (GA)
Jessica Schubel, Special Assistant to the President for Health Care at the Domestic Policy Council, Executive Office of the President
Gabi will share on Medicaid expansion, and Jessica will cover the President's thoughts around the need to protect Medicaid in the budget. It's sure to be an exciting discussion, so you won't want to miss it!
Location
1225 New York Avenue NW, Suite 800
Washington, DC xxxxxx
If you'd like to attend the meeting virtually (9:30-10am), please register HERE.
Tentative Agenda
8:45am - 9:30am ET: Breakfast and networking
