Friend – the House just passed a National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that would stop the US from supplying bombs for the war in Yemen. If this legislation becomes law, it will have a direct and dramatic effect on the flow of weapons to one side of this deadly war, and will send a strong message that the US will no longer remain complicit in the world's largest humanitarian crisis.

But the fight is not over yet. Now the House and Senate must reconcile their two versions of the NDAA to create one final bill that will be sent to the President's desk for signing. Unfortunately, the Senate version of the bill does not include this crucial ban on arms transfers to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

That's why it's critical that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi hear from you today on how important it is that this provision becomes law. Please, call the Speaker right now. The people of Yemen are living through the world's worst humanitarian crisis right now – and they're counting on you to do something to stop it.
