Transgender rights are human rights. Full stop. MAGA Republicans, however, are fixated on targeting transgender people and their families. This year, we have seen state legislatures across the country introduce and pass anti-LGBTQ+ legislation. The MAGA House majority has proposed similar extreme legislation that would target trans and LGBTQ+ youth. On March 31, known as Trans Day of Visibility, we’re discussing our work to fight back while also recognizing the resilience and accomplishments of the transgender community.
