Team – when Attorney General Eric Holder appeared on MSNBC, he had a clear message about the ongoing threat of GOP extremism.
“Republicans have accepted they’re a minority with majority power and they’re okay with not getting votes.”

He’s right! For years, Republican politicians have used anti-democratic tactics to win unearned power…and they have no plans of changing their strategy.
We’ll be blunt, team: The future of free and fair elections in our country depends on how we respond to this ongoing threat. A.G. Holder explained why:
“Our democracy is still at risk. We should not think that because we had a fairly good result in the last election that everything is fine.
There are still people who are determined through gerrymandering, through voter suppression, through attacks on our election infrastructure in our nation to try to come up with ways to hold on to power to which they are not entitled…
That’s why we’ve been fighting to make sure the process is fair.”
He’s right about that, too. As long as Republicans are committed to using map manipulation and attacks on voting rights to win elections, those of us who believe in democracy must remain just as committed to fighting for a level playing field.
The NDRC is 100% committed to this fight, team. Will you heed A.G. Holder’s words of warning and help us defeat Republican attacks on democracy with a donation of any amount today?
