This week, many of us are glued to TVs and devices to watch and comment on the second round of Democratic presidential debates.

But, just like the last time, I want to make sure we don’t forget the Senate.

Taking back the Senate means we can support a Democratic president in their efforts to build a cabinet that shares our values and makes progress on critical issues like climate change and access to affordable health care.

And if a Democrat doesn’t win the White House in 2020, all you need to do is take a look at what’s going on in Washington right now to see what will happen.
