Wisconsin’s Supreme Court election on April 4 will have a significant
impact in 2024.

I'll be speaking tomorrow night on the PCCC's national briefing with Obama
Attorney General Eric Holder about examples like the below -- please
[ [link removed] ]RSVP to join and learn how you can help win this nationally-critical
race.

Imagine a hypothetical scenario where the 2024 presidential election is
extremely close. Wisconsin could make-or-break our chances of electing a
Democratic President. Here’s an example:

[ [link removed] ]We know this Supreme Court election will be close, John. We
can’t afford to leave close, tight decisions up to a conservative Supreme
Court. Chip in $3 now to help us defeat Dan Kelly and save the 2024
election »

Picture this: First, the Republican presidential candidate has an early
lead in Wisconsin but thousands of absentee ballots have yet to be counted
-- especially in Milwaukee County, one of the most Democratic counties in
the state.

Then, the Supreme Court issues a ruling at 10 pm on Election Day to stop
absentee counting based on unverified GOP claims. It comes down to a 4-3
decision with Dan Kelly, the WisGOP’s former “election integrity advisor”,
as the deciding vote.

A 4-3 decision, with Dan Kelly as the decider, would not only stall voting
-- it might leave thousands of ballots uncounted or thrown out. The Court
would hand Trump or DeSantis (or any Republican) the victory in this
hypothetical, but also possible, scenario.

Folks across the country in places like Pennsylvania would watch in
despair. You and I would think back to this Supreme Court election in 2023
where we had a chance to defeat Dan Kelly and elect a pro-democracy
justice like Janet Protasiewicz.

[ [link removed] ]Please join me, Eric Holder, and PCCC, Swing Left, and NDRC members on
a national briefing Monday night to learn how to be all in for the final
days of this fight.

We can’t let a hypothetical scenario like this play out -- and it won’t if
Judge Janet Protasiewicz wins this election. [ [link removed] ]John, can you
chip in $15 right now to help WisDems and the PCCC defeat Dan Kelly and
prevent this nightmare scenario from ever becoming reality? »

Your support will propel our victory-winning operation forward, help elect
progressives like Janet Protasiewicz, and prevent this hellish outcome.
Thank you, John.
