It’s been 274 days since Roe v. Wade was overturned. And everyday since, we’ve been fighting an uphill battle to restore our fundamental rights — and speaking out against even more extreme legislation. 

Arizona, Florida, Ohio, Texas, and South Carolina — are just some of the states that have introduced or passed anti abortion laws that restrict and criminalize women, health care providers, and even pharmacies from accessing abortion care. 

The latest one? Wyoming. 

Just days ago, the state’s Republican Governor signed into law a bill that outlaws the prescription of medication abortion pills — making them the first state to ban all access to medication abortion. 

Luckily, a Wyoming judge temporarily blocked the ban — but it’s clear Republicans are going to do everything they can to try and strip our fundamental rights even further.

We can’t stress this enough, it’s in our hands to vote out all representatives that decide to take away our right to choose. Here at HER Time, we are doing the job of supporting amazing leaders that will fight FOR and not against us.
