A new precedent set for election integrity

Hi John,

One of our big frustrations has been that the courts have not applied the laws as we have written them. This type of judicial activism is frustrating from the standpoint of a legislator.

Finally, they are going to apply the law on signature verification to the election just passed!

This is Wendy Rogers, the Arizona Senator passing laws and holding hearings for election integrity! I need your help so we can show them that election integrity is a priority! ([link removed])

Kari Lake finally got the AZ Supreme Court to hear her on one of the several objections to the conduct of the 2022 election. Should have been more, but we can pass laws to tighten the rest up.

Why is this issue being accepted by the courts? Because Kari Lake has witnesses who can testify to specific election laws being broken.

The good news? There's an important precedent set....

Rejected signatures being counted anyway? THAT IS FRAUD!!!!

What this case is showing us is this: If we want these judges to apply the laws, the laws have to be almost airtight and with specific remedies.

We have some work to do. Polling shows that the Arizona public knows there was fraud and they are behind us. But we need to keep tweaking the laws so the judges have no wiggle room.
