John,
Donald Trump has been credibly accused of committing 56 crimes since first seeking the presidency. That's 56 times he chose to break the law to advance or protect his own interests.
He engaged in and incited an insurrection against the Constitution he swore to defend. In doing so, he disqualified himself from holding office under the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution.
We will be taking action to ensure the Constitution’s ban on insurrectionists – including Donald Trump – holding office is enforced.
But we want to know how our supporters in Washington view this issue. Can you answer our quick one-question poll?
Do you think Trump should be stopped from ever holding office again?
