Since 1998, The Trevor Project has been here for the ups and downs of LGBTQ rights and acceptance. It's been a long journey, and we have made great strides towards ensuring that all LGBTQ young people feel supported and safe.

We take pride in the community we have built over the past 25 years and the advocacy work we have championed across the country. We deeply appreciate our volunteers, donors, partners, spokespeople, community members and staff that have enabled us to serve millions of LGBTQ young people. We’re taking this moment to celebrate our accomplishments and acknowledge the distance we have left to go to actualize our mission to end suicide among LGBTQ young people.

In our decades together, we’ve grown to serve LGBTQ young people beyond our crisis services ([link removed]) . We've championed research and content creation ([link removed]) to further both our own and our community of allies’ understanding of the current state of LGBTQ youth mental health, as well as how we can reduce the need for crisis resources through affirmative and supportive actions.

As we celebrate, we want to thank you, Friend, for being a part of our community and showing LGBTQ young people that we are here, we see them, and we care. There is still much work to be done and your continued support ensures we’ll be here to support many more generations of LGBTQ young people.
