Hi there,

I want to give you an update on our weekend of action here in South Carolina because what I witnessed on the ground was extremely exciting.

Folks from all around the state took time to make calls, send texts, and knock doors, and frankly, their commitment to our future is refreshing. Americans are looking for a change, instead of the same tired, old playbook we’ve seen come out of Washington for too long. They’re ready for a president who can appeal to our commonalities and unite us instead of peddling division.

The campaign is reporting their fundraising numbers this Friday to the FEC -- just three days before the Iowa Caucuses and they’ve set a goal of $1 million to stay competitive. If you think Pete is the president America needs to move forward, click here to chip in $10. [[link removed]]

Change will take all of us, and that’s why weekends like this are so important. It gives people from all around the state the opportunity to grow our movement and create a community calling for change.

Pete has been committed to uniting our country around our shared future, that’s one reason why I joined his campaign as national co-chair and why I’m committed to doing everything I can to elect him. He has bold plans for issues like healthcare, student debt, climate change, and stopping endless wars.

Pete’s ideas for the future are galvanizing folks all across South Carolina, and all across the country. I can tell that there is something special happening in America. The community this team has built is incredible, and I’m seeing firsthand the way your contributions help us accomplish our goals.

If you share my belief that Pete is the best candidate to lead our country into a safer, more just, and more unified future, consider making a donation now to ensure his campaign has the resources they need to compete in the crowded Democratic primary field. [[link removed]]

I trust Pete will lead our country forward at a time when we need it most.

Thanks,

Congressman Anthony G. Brown (MD-04), National campaign co-chair
