I’ve always strived to serve my country without regard for personal gain or personal sacrifice because this journey has never been about me — it’s about all of us and the country that we love.
9 years ago, I survived an IED explosion that took both of my legs. It would have been easy to just give up on re-learning to walk and run — but giving up on my mission wasn't an option. Not then and not now.
For a long time, I’ve known that my duty to this country isn’t over. That's why I'm running for Congress: to bring back a service before self mentality to Washington.
If you missed my recent interview with fellow servicemen, Brian Mast and Jason Church on Fox and Friends, be sure to check it out. In this interview, we discuss the urgent need to elect patriotic American veterans to Congress.
If you're ready to see more service before self attitudes in Washington, please consider donating to our efforts right now:

In Congress, I will treat holding office as an opportunity to make change — not as an avenue to power and prestige. I will never use favors or fear to win support, nor will I give support as a result.
And of course, I will preserve the integrity of our military and our veterans, giving them the recognition they deserve every step of the way.
I hope I can count on your support today. Together, we can put party politics aside and elect true patriots to Congress. It's time to put America FIRST.

I’ve seen real sacrifice, and the one thing I can say is that if you want to represent the people of our great country, you have to do it the way people do it in combat: without regard for personal gain and regard for personal sacrifice. If it is done any other way, you don’t deserve to represent our country.
Today I was joined by my fellow servicemen, both double amputee veterans, Rob Jones and Jason Church on Fox and Friends to discuss the sacrifices necessary to defend our country.

We are trying to get more patriotic American veterans elected to Congress. If you agree that we need of this service before self attitude in Washington, D.C. please donate ASAP to our efforts to support veterans running for Congress:

You may have seen my committee hearing this week...all I asked for was an honest answer to why Democrats in Congress are attacking President Trump for killing a terrorist. The fact is: Soleimani injured and killed countless Americans. Far too many children are growing up without parents. Far too many husbands and wives are raising children without their significant other. That is the real injustice in all of this.
Yet, when I tried to take a moment to reflect on all this, I was cut off and shut down. They ruled me out of order. But one thing is for sure: after losing my legs and a finger to terrorists like Soleimani, I sure as hell won’t be silenced by cowardly Democrats in Washington, D.C.
But I need allies in Congress to help this fight: veterans who know and understand the sacrifice it takes to serve our country both on and off the battlefield. If what you’ve seen and heard in the video resonates with who you want to represent our country in Congress, please help me elect these veterans to office:
