There are a lot of inspiring things about working with Ro. Being a part of a campaign that’s leading the way on Medicare for All, expanding economic opportunity across the country, and tackling the climate crisis really makes me feel like I’m a part of something that’ll make this nation a better place.

But there’s one thing that’s always more humbling than everything else: our grassroots donors. Seeing how our mission has inspired people from coast to coast — and from every background — to chip in and keep us going is a constant reminder that we’re fighting for the people.

Running a campaign this way isn’t easy. Ro refuses 100% of corporate PAC donations because we want everyone to know that we’re fighting for working people, not big corporations or special interests.

That means every legislative victory that Ro earns is fueled by $3, $10, or $27 from the people that this democracy is supposed to work for. And every day, we’re working to make that people-first approach closer to reality on Capitol Hill.
