Commission Adopts Rules

The Texas Commission of Licensing and Regulation adopted new rules at 16 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 55, Subchapter G, ??55.110 ? 55.112, regarding the Rules for Administrative Services. The adopted new rules are established to comply with section 2171.1045 of the Texas Government Code, which requires the adoption of rules relating to the assignment and use of the Department vehicles.

The adoption justification was published in the March 24, 2023, issue of the?"Texas Register"?(48 TexReg 1636) and is available?online [ [link removed] ]. The updated rule chapter will be available on the Secretary of State?website [ [link removed] ]?upon its effective date of April 1, 2023.
