Congress must pass the HALT Fentanyl Act to strengthen law enforcement’s ability to prosecute fentanyl traffickers. Watch HERE The worsening national security and humanitarian crisis at the southern border is unsustainable.  The time for action was yesterday. Our government is failing at a core constitutional duty: enforcing commonplace border security and safeguarding our citizens. We can and must do better. Border Patrol Chief Ortiz told House Republicans in a hearing this week that he DOES NOT have operational control of 5 out of the 9 sectors at the southern border. Secretary Mayorkas has repeatedly lied to Congress—telling us over & over again that the border is secure. He must resign. The Biden family received over $1,000,000 in payments linked to Chinese companies—some transactions even occurring while Biden was VP. The American people deserve answers.
