Hey folks —

I wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who took a moment to fill out my March Priorities Survey. (If you haven’t yet, you can take the survey here!) [[link removed]]

Our team works at its best when folks have opportunities to provide us with their input, thoughts, and ideas. That’s why we held another virtual Town Hall last week — and here’s what we heard:

*
Coloradans

especially
in
rural
areas
and
mountain
towns

continue
to
struggle
with
delays
at
the
US
Postal
Service.
That’s
why
we
met
with
Postmaster
General
Louis
DeJoy
in
Washington
to
propose
solutions

and
it’s
why
we
invited
him
to
Colorado
to
see
how
the
delays
and
service
breakdowns
are
affecting
people
firsthand.
Fixing
the
Postal
Service
is
top
of
mind
right
now,
and
we’ll
keep
you
updated
on
our
progress.

People
want
to
know
how
Colorado
can
get
involved
in
the
transition
to
a
clean
energy
economy.
Given
our
state’s
geography
and
existing
energy
networks,
Colorado
is
primed
to
lead
the
way
in
this
great
transition.
And
passing
the
Inflation
Reduction
Act

the
single
largest
climate
rescue
initiative
in
history

will
help
ensure
consumers
can
afford
to
make
their
homes
more
energy
efficient,
and
pay
less
for
(clean!)
energy
to
heat
their
homes.

Folks
are
really
concerned
about
threats
to
Social
Security
and
Medicare.
Believe
me,
I
get
it.
Ever
since
House
Republicans
demanded
massive
spending
cuts

even
if
it
includes
Social
Security
and
Medicare

Coloradans
are
rightly
spooked.
Cutting
these
vital
programs
is
a
non-starter

period.

And these are just a few of the issues we discussed!

Folks, in order to continue delivering on these priorities, protect our Senate majority, AND flip the House in 2024, we have to build significant resources to do it. There’s no two ways around it.

Look, I don’t love asking for money. But here’s the truth: When grassroots supporters like you chip in $5 or $10 at a time, it adds up — and ensures we can continue this very important work moving forward. So please, chip in a donation of any amount. We can’t do this work without you! [[link removed]]
