*TOPEKA* – Governor Laura Kelly’s Early Childhood Transition Task Force [ [link removed] ] will hold its first meeting on Friday, March 31. The task force is charged with reviewing Kansas’ early childhood care and education system and developing a roadmap for creating a cabinet-level agency dedicated to supporting our youngest Kansans.
