How to Save a Life
On Dec. 11, 2022, Kenneth Sperle was exercising at Anytime Fitness in Mendota Heights when he suffered a cardiac arrest, and went unconscious. The citizens, police officers, paramedics and firefighters who responded, ultimately saved his life.
City Seeks Public Input on Final Skatepark Design
After gathering a significant amount of public input, the City is working with American Ramp Company to finalize a design for the upgrade to Rogers Lake Skatepark.
With two final designs under consideration, now is the time for the community to vote!

New Valley View Heights Playground Design Approved by Council
Earlier this year, the City asked residents for input on an upgrade to the?Valley View Heights?playground.
Now, after tallying more than 150 votes, the final playground design has been selected, and it was approved by the City Council at their March 21 meeting.

Join the Dakota County Soil & Water Conservation District (SWCD) for a Natural Shorelines Workshop in collaboration with the Lower Mississippi River Watershed Management Organization (LMRWMO), at?Mendota Heights City Hall (1101 Victoria Curve), Thursday, April 13 at 6 p.m.?
Topics will cover the installation process, necessary permits, as well as technical assistance and grants to make it a reality. The workshop is free and open to all.
