Even if Trump is indicted – in New York, Georgia or by the Department of Justice – he STILL plans to run for president.
His team is pressuring other Republicans to show support, enjoying favorable coverage from right-wing media, and collecting checks.

It’s clear beyond a shadow of a doubt that Trump incited the insurrection that led to the deadly attack on the Capitol on January 6th. Under the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution, he is disqualified from ever holding public office again.
